So, all moved into my cousin's place(for the most part, the rest of my stuff got put into my mother's storage unit). I'm pretty settled, and mostly comfortable(the bed is really, really firm and I'm not used to it yet :/ ), and yet........something feels off.

It could just be my nerves still showing, and that I'm nervous over my change in scenery. Hell, right now it could be my nerves for my date tomorrow night(*sighs*...44 to my 19, but damn if he don't look fine and younger looking). Though, honestly, I think I'm still kinda detatched from the entire situation.

Maybe it's cause I don't feel like I don't really belong here. Maybe it's cause I never really feel like I belong with or near anybody, especially family. Maybe I'm just overthinking too much. I don't really know. But sometimes, in the past week, I've sat down and just thought about it, and I wonder...what if one of those maybe's is right? What if none of them are right? Damn, I blame the music I've been listening to...but I'll be damned if it doesn't make me think.

At least my cat made the adjustment well....okay, so maybe he and the dog don't get along too well(the dog is very territorial and not friendly when a. his house/carrier is approached, b. he's surprised, or c. his personal space is invaded by my cat.) but otherwise, he has his lay down spots and seems content.
